Lack of updates, but work in progress…

I know in the last weeks it has been quite silent with updates for ModelConverterX, but in the background I have been working on two new features. Both are not yet fully finished and I hope to have them available in the next few weeks. But just so that you know what is coming, this post is a little hint.

  1. Improvement to the 3D building generator to fix issues with gaps in the roofs.
  2. Added function to move model parts interactively in the 3D preview with the mouse.

It is possible to convert new MSFS2024 models that I purchased into OBJs? I purchased the P-Mentor by Aerosachs and all I see are (bin.fsc) and (gltf.fsc) files. I understand the bin/gltf are the files I need, but I can change them out of being a FSC.

I am trying to convert a Tecnam P-Mentor that I purchased from Aerosachs for MSFS2024. I see a (bin.fsc) and a (gltf.fsc) file. I have had success with (bin/gltf) files but not sure what to do with (fsc) files. Is this possible to convert them into (obj)?

I only know the FSC format from the old FSDS tool, but that would not be applicable to MSFS. So not sure what these FSC files are.
